We’re looking for a Creative Writer who thrives on generating original, attention-grabbing ideas and bringing them to life through compelling storytelling. This role requires someone who can merge creative vision with performance-driven thinking—crafting scripts that are not only engaging but optimized for virality and audience retention.
You’ll work closely with our creative team and producers to develop concepts, write outlines and full scripts, and ensure our videos align with current trends, platform algorithms, and the Beast Industries brand style.
- Write high-performing scripts and outlines for digital video
- Collaborate with producers and editors to bring ideas to life
- Participate in brainstorms and creative development
- Use retention metrics and platform insights to shape storytelling
- Track social trends and apply viral content strategies
- Maintain tone, pacing, and narrative flow across formats
- 3+ years in creative writing, scripting, or digital content creation
- Strong narrative and comedic writing skills
- Familiarity with YouTube and social media formats
- Trend-aware and performance-minded
- Collaborative, fast-moving, and open to feedback
